Melissa Crowl

Melissa Crowl is Vice President of Business Development, North America at ROIS, leading commercial growth and customer partnerships across the region for the company’s manufacturing facilities in Spain and the United States. With more than 20 years of experience across CDMO services, manufacturing, program management, strategic accounts, and commercial leadership, she has built a strong track record of developing long-term customer relationships and delivering growth-focused solutions. Prior to joining ROIS, Melissa held senior commercial leadership roles within the CDMO industry, managing global strategic accounts and commercial portfolios. She holds an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Missouri Western State University.
