Maria Virginia Poli

María Virginia Poli is Chief Legal Officer at ROIS, bringing more than 20 years of global legal leadership across the pharmaceutical, CDMO, and life sciences sectors. Before joining ROVI, she served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel (Commercial) at Catalent, leading global legal teams across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, with responsibility for commercial contracting, corporate governance, procurement, legal operations, and intellectual property. Virginia has extensive experience in enterprise risk, complex commercial transactions, and strategic business partnerships, including supporting major biopharma collaborations and global integrations. She holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law, a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires, and is admitted to the New York Bar.
