Kimberlee Steele

Kimberlee Steele is Chief Commercial Officer at ROIS, leading the company’s global commercial strategy. With more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and CDMO services, she has held senior leadership roles at SHL Medical and Catalent Pharma Solutions, driving growth across biologics, sterile injectables, cell and gene therapies, and advanced drug delivery. Kimberlee has also served on the boards of SCbio, American Injectables, Softgel Healthcare, is a long-standing member of DCAT and was a member of the DCAT Alliance for Industry Women Committee. She focuses on building strong relationships to ensure the success of customer programs.
