César López de Hierro is CDMO Business Development Director at ROIS, leading the European Business Development team and supporting the company’s growth as a global CDMO across Europe and the United States. A pharmacist with a specialization in Industrial Pharmacy and Galenics (FIR), he brings more than 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience across out-licensing and CDMO services. César has built and led high-performing commercial teams, developing long-term strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide. Combining technical expertise with a relationship-driven approach, he helps customers navigate complex manufacturing challenges and accelerate the delivery of innovative therapies to patients.
